Unlike most machine vision systems, the F30 is easy to configure without extensive training. The F30 system sets up in minutes using a five button keypad. With a list price of $2,500, the F30 opens machine vision to users inhibited by cost/complexity issues.
Its compact size, integrated ring light and lens, and simple wiring make it a good fit for applications where space is limited. Adjustable shutter speed of 1/60-1/4,000 sec and high-speed processing let the user adjust the vision system to keep pace with production times.
