The Han-YellockA(R) is a completely new connector seriesdeveloped from several years of market feedback. The sleek new design isaesthetically pleasing yet effective for harsh environments.
Han-Yellock combines many new unique featureswithin one connector, most noticeably a new internal locking system whichincorporates a patented push-button technology and a departure from theexisting lever design for latching and un-latching rectangular connectors. Thisnew product allows for simple installation, as well as a method for locking theproduct simply by turning one of the push-buttons 90 degrees, thus reducing thechance for unauthorized access without the use of a tool.
The sleek appearance of this industrial product wasconceived with the electrical designer in mind. The product saves applied costand reduces wiring time by incorporating several new features into the designof the connector:
Pre-wired modules may be installed into theconnector body from the front or back and without fixing screws, therefore greatlysimplifying and decreasing installation time.
The ability to combine potentials and contacts hasbeen integrated into the connector providing functions formerly reserved for terminalblocks. This saves space, reduces wiring time and eliminates potential wiringerrors.
The product incorporates a single gender crimpcontact design which eliminates the need for inventory and processing of maleand female contacts.
The Han-Yellock is available in multiple sizesincorporating up to 30 20A connections within one connector. The product alsoaccepts standard modules from the widely popular Han-ModularA(R)connector series thus providing great flexibility in choosing terminationsolutions to meet applications needs.
