Opal EX film recorder features a 35-mm optics module to capture images, and an enhanced CRT. The recorder also includes built-in SCSI termination. Using a standard 35-mm cassette-load film transport, Opal EX images slides and negatives in 60 sec. An optional 120/22 film transport allows medium-format users to maintain an image in its original format. Opal EX is compatible with industry-standard 2, 3, and 4K.
