The Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) reported that its October 2021 booked orders decreased by 47.73% when compared to October 2020 and 60.13% compared to September 2021.
October 2021 booked orders for Bulk Handling Equipment decreased 4.58% compared to September 2021 and 67.49% for Unit Handling Equipment.
CEMA’s October 2021 billed sales (shipments) increased by 39.91% compared to October 2020, and decreased 8.27% compared to September 2021.
October 2021 billed sales for Bulk Handling Equipment increased 3.8% when compared to September 2021. October 2021 billed sales for Unit Handling Equipment decreased 10.6% when compared to September 2021.
