Output Voltage Trimming for the PD Series application note describes acceptable techniques for externally trimming the output voltage of dc-to-dc converters. Two techniques are covered: the first with resistors connected between the sense pins and the trim pin; the second, with a voltage or current source connected to the trim pin. Drawings and component sizing examples are provided, using PD150 and PD300 converters as examples.
