Mandrel-made, molded rubber-covered belts feature a consistent-strength, seam-free surface to eliminate belt splice failure that can cause equipment downtime, resulting in loss of production. Natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, hypalon, sponge, urethane, and silicone cover materials are available in almost any thickness, color, and/or hardness. All materials can be fitted to flat, poly-V, or timing belts to produce a continuous belt surface that exhibits consistent flexural strength and can run in any direction.
