80 Percent of American Teens Bothered by U.S. Pollution

A full 80 percent of American teens say they are bothered by the fact the U.S. is one of the world's leading sources of pollution. More than half (54 percent) of teens are strongly bothered by it. A representative sample of 767 U.S. teens commissioned by JWT found a majority of teens (61 percent) agree their generation will be more environmentally responsible than older generations and 78 percent believe there is still time to repair the damage already done to the environment.
