Vellum Solids combines wireframe, surface, and solids modeling and integrates Drafting Assistant, augmenting its power to identify faces, edges, and holes in addition to endpoints, midpoints, center points, tangencies, and real and extended intersections. Vellum Solids also uses Acis 3.0R1, which features body-healing and stitching technologies which combine surfaces into solids, intelligent objects with parent/child associativity, and nine surface types with trimming and solids.
