Latest additions to Fairchild Semiconductor's FST 1- to 24-bit switch line, the FST3125 and FST3126 Quad Bus Switches, offer low on-resistance. Thus inputs can be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay or ground bounce noise. Each device provides four high-speed, 1-bit, CMOS TTL-compatible bus switches. The 3125 is compatible with standard "125'' logic functions and the 3126 works with "126," and they provide isolation and protection during "live" insertion. Both come in SOIC and TSSOP packaging. Applications include relay replacement, multiprocessor and shared-memory systems, and high-speed memory multiplexing and banking. Fairchild Semiconductor: Product Code 4313
