VSLI Symposia 2020
VSLI Symposia 2020 Hilton
Now in its 40th year, the 2020 Symposia on VLSI Technology & Circuits international conference – originally scheduled for Honolulu, Hawaii - was held for the first time as a virtual event due to concerns over the global COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s theme was ubiquitous intelligence. Taking place from June 15-18 2020, the symposia program provided a unique perspective on the microelectronics industry by integrating the technology ecosystem of converging industry trends – machine learning, IoT, artificial intelligence, wearable/implantable biomedical applications, big data, cloud and edge computing, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), robotics, and autonomous vehicles.
Here are 15 major microelectronic “reveals” from the symposia.
