Earlier this month, electric delivery company Brightdrop made headlines when they announced that they added DHL Canada as their customer portfolio.

Specifically, the group will be supplying DHL Canada with a fleet of their BrightDrop Zevo electric delivery vans to their portfolio in 2023. Current versions of the BrightDrop Zevo achieve up to 250 miles range on a full charge while carrying a payload up to 2,200 pounds thanks to a 300 horsepower battery and all-wheel drive powertrain. The battery charges at a rate of 160 miles of range per hour with 120kW DC Fast Charging.

As compared to a diesel alternative, BrightDrop claims that the Zevo can translate to over $10k in savings per year.
