Dassault Systemes is at the top of 3D software technology. Many people who design and model products will most likely be using one of their products, which include SolidWorks, CATIA, SIMULIA, and 3DVIA.

The company's latest acquisition includes the German-based RTT Group. RTT is also known for its 3D visualization technology. However, unlike most of Dassault's current products, RTT's 3D software is used more commonly for sales and marketing purposes. Some of the high-end software visualization products include Delta Gen, PictureBook, POS Configurator, and Bunkspeed. Their customers include a long line of car manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Nissan, Porsche, Ferrari, Toyota, and General Motors. Additionally, they have big name customers outside the automotive industry such as The North Face and Adidas.

The people at RTT have demonstrated remarkable talents in delivering innovative solutions to their clients," said Bernard Charles, president and CEO of Dassault Systemes, in a press release.
