Racing has long been dominated by men working in technical positions, but women are increasingly earning spots on teams as engineers and technicians as more of them work their way up the ranks. Indycar today features a number of successful female engineers and technicians working in various aspects of the sport, so we'll take a look at them in this slideshow.
