Manually filling and handling molds with plastisol and other fluids can be extremely labor-intensive. Dispense Works has developed the bench-top RC Series Robot Conveyor system to both streamline this type of production and increase dispensing accuracy.
The RC Series features Dispense Works’ gantry robot with an integrated slip roller conveyor system. The entire X Y Z motion system is located above the dispensing plane to allow straddling over the conveyor with a rigid structure in a space-saving compact package. This modular design is designed to accommodate up to 16 valves, which supports multiple color applications.
The slip-roller conveyor system has quick-adjusted rails that are designed to accommodate pallets of different sizes. The MG robot is attached to the framework and provides all controls and logic for fully automatic production. All mechanisms and controls are mounted overhead for easy access to the tooling or conveyor.
Software suite guides motion paths
Motion paths may be directly imported from CAD and graphics programs and set up in the included Windows Software Suite, or taught with the advanced Jog & Teach function, which draws the patterns on the screen while you teach it on the machine. Any file can be modified with a few mouse clicks.
The system is pre-programmed and ready to run quickly after uncrating. The pre-programmed system dispenses six different colors of vinyl (Plastisol) into aluminum molds. Software function allows fluid volume adjustment and automatic valve selection. No previous programming experience is required.
