28 Days Later is a British post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland. The film depicts the breakdown of society following the intentional release of a highly contagious virus. The story focuses upon the struggle of four survivors as they try to cope with the destruction of the life they once knew while evading those infected by the virus.
