UTAdvanced Series of Hybrid Temperature Controllers

The UTAdvanced Hybrid Controller takes PID control and combines it with embedded ladder sequence control. The ladder sequence control will be standard in all UTAdvanced models, except the UM33A, at no cost. It supports 84 ladder commands and a variety of analog and digital I/O points. Up to 500 ladder steps can be programmed and run together with the PID control. The PLC capability allows engineers using a temperature controller along with a mini / micro PLC.

The UTAdvanced has a LCD display and a simple user interface. Features include full text scrolling configuration prompts, three configuration levels, user defined function keys, user settable default values for OEMs and multiple language support for English, Spanish, German and French. Other features include a NEMA 4 / IP56 front panel, USB powered configuration tool with software, fuzzy logic, universal inputs / outputs and a three year warranty.

Communication platforms include Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus- DP, CC-Link and RS485. These platforms support Modbus/TCP, Modbus RTU, peer-to-peer, master - slave and a proprietary Yokogawa protocol.

Yokogawa Corp. of America's UP55A and UP35A profile controllers and the UM33A Digital Indicator with alarms will replace the UP550, UP350 and UM330 products which are a part of the Green Series.
