Ondrives Ltd.'s new range of small
bevel gearboxes start at 0.035Nm torque capacity and go up to 4.032Nm. 1:1
ratio is standard throughout the range which includes 3 sizes ranging from
34.925 mm outside diameter to 63.5 mm. All are made from green anodised
aluminium housings and have 303 stainless steel shafts, sealed ball bearings (2
per shaft) and are greased for life with cold temperature (-40C) grease
optional, with -20 to +80C being the standard operating range. Maximum
rotational speed for all versions is 2000 and 3000 rpm for those boxes with
hardened spiral bevels. Backlash figures vary from 1 to 0.5 degree for those
units with polished hardened steel gears and spiral bevels.
