Mate's Rollerball Deburr tool isa solution for eliminating burr removal on punched parts. Designed to deburrmild steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet material in any thickness, theRollerball Deburr tool does the burr removal automatically as part of thepunching process. No off-line, manual burr removal needed and no specialoff-line tools are needed.

Mate's Rollerball Deburris designed for Thick Turret and Trumpf Style applications. The toolincorporates Mate's proprietary Rollerball technology that uses the extendedprogramming capabilities of punch presses operating in the x and y axis withthe ram down.

Using a special ball inboth the upper and lower part of the tool, the Rollerball Deburrpushes the burr away creating a slight radius on the punched edge. Smooth tothe touch, the deburred edge is consistent and has a finished appearance. Allpart contours can be processed with the Rollerball Deburr tool, includingsmall, tight corners.

Rollerball Deburr comes asa complete set, including springs for adjusting tension appropriate for thematerial beingpunched.
