Switch adapter

Molded from black plastic Lexan, the 62CS adapter mates with the company's 2100 Series 5/8-inch pushbutton lighted switches to enable snap-in front-panel mounting into 3/4-inch square holes. These switches are rated at 2A resistive, 1A inductive at 30V dc or 125V ac.

Motors

Miniature dc motors are available with a choice of three gearboxes using either spur or planetary gears. The 16-mm 16LN motor provides up to 0.6 Nm dynamic torque, and comes with a choice of windings rated from 4 to 12C. The 22-mm 22LN provides up to 1.2 Nm, and is offered with windings rated from 6 to 18V.

Pump

The cylinder barrel, pistons, slipper retainer, and pressure plate of the APIS 3K-10 axial piston pump are cast from steel and Tocat 110 bronze. Displacements range from 2.03 to 7.24 cubic inches per revolution; operating pressures are up to 6,000 psi continuous and 7,250 psi intermittent duty.

Screws

The STICKSCREW System comprises an air-powered driver and "sticks" of up to 110 serially connected hex-head screws. Users insert the stick in the driver, depress the lever, and place the tip of the rotating screw in the hole. The screw twists off from the stick when it reaches precise seating torque. Tubing

Helically convoluted tubing made from Teflon(R)PFA fluoropolymer resin shield under-the-hood automotive wiring from heat. The tubing meets OEM requirements for heat aging for 168 hours at 290C with no loss of properties. It also withstands heat aging for 3,000 hours at 260C. Tubing diameters range from 3/16 to 7/8 inch with wall thicknesses of 0.013 to 0.023 inch.

Thermometer

The four channels of the Chub-E4 Thermometer Readout can read thermocouples, PRTs, or thermistors. The unit reads channels sequentially or simultaneously at intervals ranging from 0.1 sec to 1 hour, and can log 8,000 readings to memory.
