CAD downloadavailability includes both motorized and non-motorized linear rail systems withthe flexibility to change/modify such features as rail length, number ofcarriages, screw resolution, motor step angle, motor voltage, and otherparameters. Users can also add an optional IDEA^(TM) integratedprogrammable drive system to several linear rail configurations. Although thereare more than 10,000 possible linear rail configurations available through theonline CAD system, Haydon Kerk will customize any system forapplication-specific needs.

All RGS linear railsystems feature standard wear-compensating, anti-backlash driven carriages toinsure repeatable and accurate positioning. All moving surfaces include Kerkite^(R)engineered polymers running on Kerkote^(R) TFE coating, providing astrong, stable platform for a variety of linear motion applications. RGS linearrails are available with screw leads ranging from 0.025 to 2.0 inch. Whencombined with optional Haydon motors, the RGS linear rail systems providelinear travel resolution ranging from 0.0000625 per step to 0.010 inch perstep.
