DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

Self-priming

Available in two-, three-, or five-chamber configurations, the PowerFLO 7800 Series 12V dc motor-driven diaphragm pumps are self-priming and can run dry without damage. They offer flow output from 0.40-5.3 gpm at pressures up to 100 psi. They are designed to handle fluid temperature to 140F and are a suitable pumping solution for agricultural spraying equipment and fluid transfer applications. The products offer maximum torque and operating efficiency with higher operating pressure and lower amperage than comparable pumps. Delavan Ag Pumps Inc.http://rbi.ims.ca/4392-622

PISTON PUMPS

Bearings permanently lubricated

The 1207 series WOB-L® Piston pumps are designed to offer users a lasting, cost-efficient choice for pressure and vacuum needs in a variety of industrial, medical, and commercial applications. Specific uses include packaging equipment, plasma welders, business machines, pneumatic tools, and respirators. They are designed with oil-less, non-lube piston and cylinder for long life and clean airflow. Bearings are permanently lubricated, and other features include stainless steel valves, hardcoated aluminum cylinder, and high-performance piston seals of a PTFE compound. CAPACITIVE LEVEL SENSOR

For small tubes and hoses

The TLS 100 is reportedly the first capacitive level sensor designed specifically for tubes and hoses. Its clip-on mounting design is engineered to reduce installation time and to permit a wider adjustment band for sensitivity. It detects the presence or absence of liquids at a chosen level within plastic tubes, rubber hoses, and small glass or plastic pipes. Suitable applications include the control of liquids in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, chemical mixing, and detergent dispensing. FLOW SENSORS

Accurate, convenient

Engineered for a wide variety of applications, the Flo-Tube flow sensors create and sense a pressure difference. When connected to the appropriate secondary instrumentation, the product provides an accurate and convenient method of flow measurement. It features low permanent pressure loss, and customized units for existing mountings. Suitable applications include pipelines (natural gas, fuels, chemicals), stacks (mixtures, emission monitoring), ducts (airflow, HVAC controls), water (potable, superheated, co-generation plants, building supply), among others. TANKLESS WATER HEATER

With copper heat exchanger

The ProStar tankless gas water heater can reportedly be plumbed to serve a single fixture or multiple fixtures within the home. It is recommended for vacation homes, room additions, and other low- to medium-demand applications. The product is equipped with a copper heat exchanger and operates between 78-81 percent efficiency. The tankless design heats water only when needed, with inputs modulating from 25,000 to 194,000 BTU, depending on hot water demand. A.O. Smith Water Products Co.http://rbi.ims.ca/4392-626

TESTING INSTRUMENT

Fast, accurate

The Sentinel F-21 testing instrument uses a solid-state mass flow sensor to respond rapidly to flow changes, resulting in faster test cycles. The 32-point calibration is designed to provide the most advanced and accurate flow measurement available, and it also uses tandem regulators to assure a constant pressure source for reliable mass flow readings. It also offers simple operator panel, dual pressure testing capability, a self-test feature, and the ability to store 1,000 test results for output to a printer or computer. CARTRIDGE VALVE

Pneumatically operated

Suitable for precision dispensing of all types of fluids (solvents, oils, silicones, glues, UV adhesives, ink, etc.), the CV629 is a pneumatically operated valve that is designed for use with a valve controller and reservoir tank. It can be integrated into an automatic dispensing robot or used as a bench dispensing valve. Shot sizes may be fine-tuned by turning the adjustment screw at the top of the valve, according to the company. Shot size and flow rate are controlled by the tip size and fluid pressure, as well as the duration the valve is open. I&J Fisnar Inc.http://rbi.ims.ca/4392-628
