Hose and cable carriers

Nylatrac TM hose and cable carriers are made from heavy-duty, fiber-reinforced nylon. The non-metallic link design is non-conductive and maintains the proper bend radius for hydraulic lines. The carriers are suitable for high-speed and long travel distances on mobile equipment, industrial robots, machine tools, and other equipment. Optional hinged and snap-out bars are available for easy cable and hose access.

Captive acceleration tube

The CAT (captive acceleration tube) is a unique accessory used for eliminating cavitation in most any pump. The CAT stores liquid energy and "kicks" it into the pump precisely as needed for assuring adequate liquid to each cylinder at the beginning of its stroke. The tube eliminates both the pressure peaks and the valleys for providing smooth and consistent inlet pressure. A variety of sizes with both straight and elbow adaptors are available.

Direction control valve

Lexair's 2 1/4-inch X 2 5/8-inch Hi-Cyclic valve is for tight installation spaces in mobile hydraulic equipment. Its precision-honed body is individually matched to custom-lapped, pressure-balanced spools. The brass valve has a stainless-steel spool. It is available with solenoid pilot, manual, and mechanical operators. The company offers the valve with NPT or SAE ports from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. Operating pressure is 3,000 psi.

Butterfly valve

Apollo 130 and 132 are all-purpose butterfly valves. Model 130s are wafer-style valves. Model 132s have companion lug designs. Both types are rated for 150 psi with standard stainless-steel discs. The valves isolate valve stem and bodies from flowing media. Valve O-rings are molded in, so flange gaskets are not needed. All valves come with a cast-in top plate for direct mounting of actuators and manual devices.

Crimping tool

This new crimping tool performs hose repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic lines with pressures up to 300 psi. It uses durable brass collars that fit around a hose and barbed fitting assembly. The tool is portable and requires no additional hardware for operation. The crimping tool's all-metal construction makes it durable. It is offered in multiple sizes with a variety of brass collar sizes.

Pinch valves

Series S is a new line of compact pinch valves for medical or analytical applications. They are available as 2-way normally closed, 2-way normally open, and 3-way universal valves. The S valves accept tubing sizes from 1/16 to 3/8 inch. Their long stroke allows the silicone tubing to fully open and obtain maximum fluid flow. The company offers a magnetic latching version for low power consumption. A standard mounting bracket isolates fluids from the valve's electronics.

Flange connector

The E-CON is a compact flange connector. Its pressure and temperature ratings are identical to hose of ANSI B16.5 hose, but it weighs 79% less than a comparable ANSI flange connector. The flange's seal ring is self-energized and seals the pipe's inside diameter. Increased pressure increases the seal's effectiveness. It is suitable for applications with pressures up to 30,000 psi, with temperatures ranging from -450 to 1750F.

Vacuum pumps

SDS is a series of rotary screw vacuum pumps engineered for chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial pumping applications. Their design features a single-stage screw that attains ultimate pressure in the range of 10-3 torr. The pumps operate continuously at any level between atmospheric and ultimate blank off. All internal wetted surfaces, including screws and pump housings, are coated.
