Everspin's MR25H40, 4 Mb serialMR25H40 MRAM product, operates from 3.0 to 3.6V with low standby and operatingcurrents as well as a sleep mode to reduce system power consumption. The deviceis byte-organized internally, containing 4096 Kb of data. Industry-standardserial SPI command codes and timing enable connection to existing MCU andsystem designs. The MR25H40 is available in a 5 x 6mm, 8-pin DFN package or amounted 300 mil 8-pin DIP, which are both RoHS-compliant and are pin-out andfootprint compatible with serial EEPROM, Flash and FeRAM products.

TheMR25H40 provides a fast, simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) solution thatoffers superior write speed, unlimited endurance, low standby and operatingpower and more reliable data retention compared to available serial memoryalternatives.
