Everspin's MR25H40, 4 Mb serial
MR25H40 MRAM product, operates from 3.0 to 3.6V with low standby and operating
currents as well as a sleep mode to reduce system power consumption. The device
is byte-organized internally, containing 4096 Kb of data. Industry-standard
serial SPI command codes and timing enable connection to existing MCU and
system designs. The MR25H40 is available in a 5 x 6mm, 8-pin DFN package or a
mounted 300 mil 8-pin DIP, which are both RoHS-compliant and are pin-out and
footprint compatible with serial EEPROM, Flash and FeRAM products.
The
MR25H40 provides a fast, simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) solution that
offers superior write speed, unlimited endurance, low standby and operating
power and more reliable data retention compared to available serial memory
alternatives. The MR25H40 is a useful memory solution for applications that
must store and retrieve data and programs quickly using a small number of I/O
pins.
Samples
of the MR25H40 MRAM are available in industrial (-40 to 85C) temperature
grades.
