Jeff Harris is Vice President, Portfolio and Global Marketing a Keysight Technologies (KEYS). Jeff leads portfolio and corporate marketing for Keysight Technologies, a worldwide leader in test and performance, with an 80-year history in enabling engineers to push state of the art. Prior to Keysight, Jeff was a product development leader for commercial and government applications at ViaSat, General Atomics, and Lockheed-Martin. He has led first-to-market product introductions across radar, optics, and acoustic sensors; surveillance vehicles to drones; and ultra-wideband (UWB) to mobile ad hoc network (MANET) communications. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.
