Jeff Guess is a technical manager leading one of Actalent's substation engineering services teams, overseeing 65+ engineers and designers in the delivery of substation physical and protection and controls engineering solutions for clients in the utilities space. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, power delivery engineering, project management, and leadership, Guess has deep experience in multi-site engineering operations management and technology consulting. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and has proudly led a wide variety of complex projects and successful teams.
