Trostel Ltd. Acquires Specific Product Lines, Intellectual Property and Related Equipment from Chicago-Allis Manufacturing

MATERIALS: Trostel Ltd. announced it has reached an agreement to acquire specific product lines, intellectual property and related equipment from Chicago-Allis Manufacturing Corp.

Matthew O’Sullivan, President and CEO of Trostel, said the agreement with the Chicago, Illinois-based company supports Trostel’s strategic growth initiatives and allows it to further extend its mechanical face seal and rubber molded products capabilities.

O’Sullivan noted that the Chicago-Allis Manufacturing Corporation has a long history as a family-owned company similar to the Trostel heritage.  Trostel, which has manufacturing locations in Whitewater, Wisconsin and Reynosa, Mexico, is headquartered in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.  Chicago-Allis also designs and manufactures sealing products that serve a variety of markets, including diesel, heavy equipment, and appliance markets.

Trostel designs and manufactures custom seals and precision molded rubber products through product innovation and material expertise.  In addition, Trostel’s Polymer Compounding Division is a premier rubber compounder within the custom mixing industry.
