FASTENING:   The PHL, PHC and PHCS are Reell Precision Mfg. Inc.’s most popular positioning hinges. Easy to use, durable and versatile, they are used all around you every day - in aircraft interiors, medical devices, video display mounts, storage containers, motorcycle accessories, and in office and medical furniture.Available with holding torques from 0.44 to 3.4 Nm (4.0 to 30.0 lb-inch), the PHC and PHL come in either plain zinc or a durable bright black E-coat finish. The PHCS has the same footprint as the PHC in corrosion resistant 316 Stainless Steel.
