Arrowhead Develops Super-Light Bottles

The water bottling company Arrowhead has developed a half-liter bottle that contains 30 percent less plastic than the average half-liter beverage container. Named the "Eco-shape" bottle, the container is designed to maintain usability while reducing plastic content. The bottle's new contour was created for consumers who want a conveniently shaped bottle that is also environmentally friendly. Arrowhead says consumer testing reveals four out of five consumers prefer the Eco-shape bottle.
