As mentioned before as well customer service is very important in todays business not only to increase the business but also to retain the business and get back the loss bsiness . There are certain factors that makes an organisation more customer oriented like delivering more than promising , meeting commitments , going extra mile to help the customer and feel the pain of the customer if we have the above mentioned qualities then definitely customers will feel the value and they will be happy with the business .

Good customer service is really very important not only to get customers but also to retain the customers. People usually buy products or services usually on the basis of word of mouth if you provide good customer service then definitely they will spread the good points of that particular product which will result in more business by getting more customers.

It true that today's business customer service is not an option. Sales peoples will do the initial sales but in competitive environment customer service will bring the repetitive businesses.
