By combining social networking capabilities of Sharepoint with PLM capabilities of Teamcenter, you can shorten the time it takes to bring a product to market.
This makes everyone so separated and distant. Add that protective digital layer keeps people at bay, I feel. I think it is a little messy right now, but the idea is good... I will tell you why. I hope this type of social networking in the design process will let people "work the way they want to work"... from home.
