Gadget Freak Case #235: Ignition Control Unit for Harley Davidson Panhead Engine

Edward Nauman designed an ignition control unit for the Harley Davidson Panhead engine. The unit can be adapted to almost any four-cycle engine with the proper design and fabrication resources.

Interesting post, but "any details"

That is an interesting post, but I must have missed the part about the construction and the circuit. Of course since it uses a microcontroller it would be a real challenge to duplicate. My only motorcycles have had magneto ignition systems which are lighter and don't depend on a battery, which is sort of important riding way off road and off trail.
