Ya this true here in our country even lots of phones from different networks n countries are unlocked and being used easily.so I m sure this one will also.

Cabe, that's a drawback with most of the service providers. They used to lock the device with their services. But in Asian countries there won't be such issues. Here customers can by any devices and can avail the service by inserting service providers SIM.

Far911, No doubt. GPU can also render more performance especially when it comes for video streaming and display.

It certainly looks interesting and with so many features I consider if it doesn't slow down the processing it will give tough time to its competitors.

The new Amazon Fire has a lot of great new features.  I expect we will see many of them in future generations of competing phones.  On the other hand, putting this much stuff in a phone is difficult.  That seems to lead to a phone that is hard to repair.
