Sounds like a good idea to add some functionality to a ring rather than just park some precious gemstones there so Kudos to Ringly on that score. But on the downside, they could have added more functionality to the ring. Maybe a tiny screen on the side to tell you what the notification is about or a voice message delivered through a tiny speaker in the ring would be a good start. While it was clear from the video that the metal strip was constricting, I think the demonstration would have been more compelling if repeated constrictions/expansions were filmed to demonstrate the back/forth effect and capabilities.
