That would be an interesting trade show to see. I would be interested in learning more about the Ethernet switches and the right-angle PCI-E connectors.

These days it is in. As business community find agents or distributors in far areas to handle their product. So that there presence is easily felt every where.

I suppose you're correct in calling it indirect marketing, fdos. That doesn't bother me, per se, but it seems like a foreign concept to me. Usually, I walk around at trade shows and handle the products. I'm accustomed to the direct supplier-engineer relationship.

@Charles: Yes but forcing partnerships means indirect marketing isn't it ? That is the new trend these days. You do not market directly but approach via different modes.

EDS is a different kind of trade show -- it's more about forging partnerships than selling products. It takes a bit of hustle to get into the suites and find out what's coming down the pike in terms of products. Nice work, Rob.
