What motion sensor are you using? I don't see it specified in the BOM or the text. Otherwise, the project looks pretty well documented. As someone else said, it would be a lot cooler to have the eyes move as well.

I've seen several examples of eyes iike this where the pupils are following you as you move around in front of them -- it is genuinely spooky!  Even spookier when you try to trick it by having two people in front of it and one eye follows each one!

Engineering open houses at universities are fun places to visit!

You should have added the eyes rotation feature even if it was not requested, as it would add more details and beauty to your product. It would not take much time as you already stated, but would increase the value of your product significantly. More over the video was too short to comprehend. However the blinking feature looks nice.
