It's easy to see 3D printers and ultra-HD TVs growing in popularity just from the number of products currently on the market.

Rob, I am currently living it.  Actually, my wife is.  He friend's husband has a running shoe store.  We were all out together recently and I was the only one who was not waring a watch like device that tracked their physical activity.  It was wierd.

I also noticed that Freescale has a Cloud Connect product for the smallest ARM microcontroller, the M0+.  With this, assuming you have connectivity, your device can connect to the cloud and report data. 

This train is rolling and it is rolling fast.
