It's unusual to have a second or even third party provide the information customers need on a particular product when the manufacturer should provide it outright.

Agree absolutely, information & support is very hard to find & to get.

The politics of the company seems to be that they obligue you to ask a distributor for the information. But even the bigger distris do not get the whole information.

Just to say, I'm waiting for more than 6 months (!!!) for a technical information from Honeywell Sensors, even the european distributor (one of the big players) couldn't help (no one answered them).

I wonder often how does Honeywell Sensors survive in Europe, with that sales policy...

(maybe they serve only the biggest car-makers, letting the industry companies like the one I work in on the side, I don't know)

I have purchased Honeywell sensors through Arrow, and they've been very good about support despite the rather low volume of the product I use the sensor in.

Honeywell is a good company with many goods products

The problem is  where to find the products & know what they have!  

 It is very HARD to find what products they are doing and contact information.

Was expecting a friendly master source, that will direct to Honeywell  differant

products, allow us easly choose and use the products in our products,

 

See for example, the link was posted on this article, was expectiong a link to

SENSORS products (see photo) but can not find it.

Any comment response? TBD
