Welcome to Round 3 of our first-ever Gadget Freak of the Year contest! While one project in Round 1 and one project in Round 2 ran away with the vote, it looks like Round 3 will actually be a close one!

I voted for the temperature control because IMO, it's the most useful, but the motorcycle engine control is by far the coolest and required the most engineering talent.

I liked the remotely controlled room temperature project. I guess it is the most useful of them all.

I like the dishwasher unloader. In my house, with up to six people using the dishwasher, I'm never sure if I'm loading dirty dishes in with clean dishes that never got removed. I end up pulling the dishes out to examine them to see if they're clean or dirty. I think this would solve that problem.

The dishwasher indicator is really practical but.  The automated mailbox is cute--"Internet Cat Video" cute.  You can't compete with that!

I need to rank these.  They're all too awesome.

That was an awesome update to the classic bike. This one even got me over to the website of another fuel injection controller and found out I can fuel inject my Tempest for little money.

Besides, who doesn't like a good looking Harley?
