Rob, if there is a network, cloud content can be accessible from anywhere and systems admin peoples are  doing the same in case of IaaS and PaaS.

Cabe, we can say that it's another application of cloud. The basic concept of cloud itself is location independability.  So anything in cloud should be accessible across the globe, where network is available.

This is a good move. While I don't see this taking the monotony out of coding, it will at least led the coding engineers do their work on a beach in Hawaii.
