I've heard of some workstation users who have actually overclocked their CPUs and RAM just to run the latest CAD software because their departments didn't have the funds to replace the systems!

So I have a new T1650, would this be on my machine already. If not, where do I get it. And do I have to have a Dell to get it and use it.
