A.saji,

We are definitely keeping this thread alive...

When it comes to image sharing, I don't use any service. If I was promoting something... them maybe I would.

@Cabe: Exactly but we must not forget that things do not exist if they does not have any answers for its issues. Researching will be the ideal to find a perfect solution for this.

It is a problem with a solution we cannot see. However, some developer, someday, will see how it can be handled and make the solution. Like twitter for example... The developer wanted a way to publically share short messages. Now it is an important social media conduit. They saw something one else did at the time.

That is a tough demand to handle. Since social media is still in its "wild-west" days, the demand will be filled by some risky developer.

I feel going social needs certain aspects like professionalism and consistency. Right now I do not see any social media which covers both.

@Cabe: Yes it allows us to be ourselves but if we are always being ourselves then will there ever be such a thing called professionalism? We do have to adjust accordingly based on the situation, so if we want social media to join the business community they do have to be professional.

Professionalism often removes human feelings.

Social media lets people be themselves. So, as you work out your "Pro-cial Media" concept, keep in mind – we are all still human beings.
