Firstheck the microwave seal - there are some monitors that provide this information to determine if it is still good or not.
If it is then proceed below. 1) if you have an android or ios device - use one of their WiFi analyzers to see where your microwave oven is transmitting (microwave has to be on)
2) if it is transmitting on the lower or upper channels, you can simply go in to the router/access point configuration and change the channel to one that is not impacted. This usually can fix the problem.
3) if you can't do that, you can check to see if your wifi devices support the 5GHz range and change the router/access point to use that band.
