That is a big number, Chuck. But I'm not surprised by the 70% to 90% number. While there are plenty of collaboration tools, I'm not sure the work culture of smaller suppliers as adopted the collaboration culture. Maybe Siemens' Briefcase will help move collaboration forward. Ultimately collaboration processes will get adopted when OEMs make it a requirement.

It's amazing to hear that "70% to 90% of suppliers still collaborate with OEMs using asynchronous methods." In those cases, how are the OEMs and suppliers resolving that issue today, Beth?
