David, thanks for your video. I wish more companies understood, appreciated and used out-of-the box collaboration. Most of the times, the so called collaboration sessions don't produce any new or innovative solutions or ideas. I attended a seminar where the presenter said a company had a long standing problem and in a desperate attempt to get a solution they presented the problem to a group of non-technical people like accountants and attorneys. Long story short, someone can up with the solution. This taught me that sometimes outside the box is really outside the box.
