Agreeing with everyone else, the new site looks great! The new commenting platform will be a great way for the DN community to interact and bounce ideas around.
Alex, I agree with all of the posts below. The new layout is much cleaner and makes reading the content easier on the eye. I also like the new menu links which seem to streamline the navigation process of the site as well.

Love the new layout layout, Alex. It's great and easy to find what your after. The new messaging and comment features are a really and asset, especially with all the layout options (which I haven't tried yet).
I'm also glad you went back to the more conventional ad system rather than the initial spash screen.
