My question is if I add a PI filter into analog signal channel between outbut buffer and ADC input for noise filter. It's a normally way, I am right?

If you have an extremely noisy situation it may provide a solution. In many cases it would not be required, so you need to verify that something additonal is necessary to solve a noise problem.
