Jack, what is your ONE SENTENCE to be used to small prospective software customers when they argue about the initial perception that it "will be too complicated and costly to go this route" sort of statements. In the past I used the reason that formal devlopment transforms the software in an asset that is widely independent of language and platform initially employed. Does that work, in your opinion?

 

There is a deluge of data that shows two things: doing it w/o discipline will make the code buggier, and we'll deliver later.
