Comos 10 now provides an enterprise platform for plant engineers and operators, which can handle even the largest volumes of data. Long term cost.

The one question these articles never answer - WHat is the long term cost. My experience with Siemens products is that they go through a hardware revision every year and the old software won't work with new products. As long as the old hardware is available you can get away with it, but a new version of teh hardware comes out and you now have to maintain 2 systems unless all systems are upgrded to the new.

I have never seen such poor support for last years system, not even from Microsoft....
