It is good to see that the folks at Moog have realized that just having a very good product line is not enough. They always did need to publicise their product lines so that folks could see the wide array of product offerings and the high quality they provide. Just depending on the distributors is seldom the best way to let folks know about your product line. NO, I don't work for Moog, nor do I own stock in the company. But I have used their products with enough success to want to share this information.

Tactical use equipment does indeed need to be very rugged and reliable because not only are the users lives at stake, but in addition a lot of people depending on that devices correct operation could also be in harms way if the equipment fails. So that stuff does get expensive.

And there does on occasion, appear an alternative installation, such as a number of aircraft-type anti-tank rockets mounted on a Hummer vehicle. The vital part ot that application was to remove the camoflage cover prior to use. Absolutely vital.

Its quite important that these 'stores' should be rugged in design beacuse of the behavior of data intensive and mission-critical applications, always been preferred with rugged storage devices
