I do believe that Jim Carroll's assessment of health care is on the money, but I was shocked to hear that some CEOs in the medical world believe the concept of the bricks-and-mortar hospital is disappearing.

Excellent post and thanks for introducing bio-connectivity  which i believe is the pinnacle of excellence based on Remote monitoring and  telemedicined principles. the point that World class innovators look out at the future and see a trend, not a threat is really inspiring.
